A popular pop-up crperie has set up a weekly route that visits a number of locations in and around Northampton.
The Courtyard Creperie is operated by Savor Flavor Catering and is the product of the lockdown that leaves little work for the company owners.
With sweet and savory crepes including biscoff, oreo, barbeque pulled pork, and shredded aromatic duck, the pop-up creperie began in April.
It started with a daily slot in the stunning gardens at Brampton Grange as co-owner Tracey Onley also works for the wedding location.
The Crperie became very popular as an outdoor location that also served hot and cold drinks and other snacks.
Tracey said, âIn lockdown, everything took a back seat as there were no events.
âMy partner was in a similar situation so we decided to team up.
âAnd there is no crperie in Northamptonshire so we decided to start one in a nice area.
âWe’re also trying to support as many small businesses as possible, Lickmyring Donuts and Your Cool Ice Cream.
“It has gotten stronger since it opened and we are now also working on a trailer so that we can continue.”
Now the restrictions have relaxed that the duo can also use Brampton Grange’s interiors.
However, this also means there will be more events happening at the venue, so there will be less availability for the pop-up and Tracey will have to bypass the events.
But the pop-up is every Monday and Tuesday in Church Brampton, every Friday in Blisworth and every Saturday in Moulton.
In addition to eating, Tracey partners with a pop-up bookstore for stories and free activities for kids during school holidays.
