The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the Fulton High School Library / Media Center.

There is no charge for breakfast or lunch for the first meals of students offering the seamless summer option (SSO). Additional meals for students are $ 1.95 for breakfast and $ 3.05 for lunch. Adult meals are $ 2.35 for breakfast and $ 3.85 for lunch.

In other measures, the board has:

Please approve offer with Truescape to renovate Fulton High School baseball field for $ 16,450.

Please review and approve Ford Hotel Supply’s $ 32,555 outdoor walk-in freezer offer and a $ 60,000 offer from Teel Mechanical Service.

The board members will be informed about the COVID-19 vacation. The FFCRA (Families First Coronavirus Response Act) paid vacation has expired. The board of directors would need to take action to grant employees paid vacation due to COVID-19 that is outside of current guidelines.

After that, Lauren Jacobs will provide an update from the first two weeks of school regarding COVID.

In the district reports on Wednesday evening, Superintendent Dr. Ty Crain speaking about the budget for Fiscal Year 22, Assistant Superintendent Dr. Chris Hubbach will provide a curriculum update and a Chair of the Facility Committee will update the Board of Directors on the progress related to the 2020 bond issue.

Information will also be presented to the board by Food Service Director Amy Lee, who will provide an annual report on Food Service, as well as dates and final reports for the 2020-2021 Food Service program. And then Sarah Manley, School and Community Programs Coordinator, will present information on the development of a new Hornet logo.
