dr Fred Hill, charter member and senior pastor of Greater Refuge Church in Pleasant Grove, Alabama, has completed his new book, A Proactive Approach to Leadership Transition in Ministry: a useful and informative guide that to help the services understand how to equip and equip to effectively mentor the next generation of leaders.

dr Fred Hill has a strong spiritual foundation with a solid knowledge of the Scriptures. He has a background in clinical pastoral training from the Ingalls Center of Pastoral Care.
