The company expects to give the underwriters of the offering an option to purchase up to 975,000 additional common shares.
The Company intends to use all of the net proceeds from the Offering for general corporate purposes, including investing in mortgage loans and other target assets and investing in accordance with its investment strategies and guidelines, funding commitments for existing mortgage loans and repaying debt.
